Display Panels
Nurse Call - Display Panels
A choice of three display panels are available with our nurse call systems. All provide clear visual and audible information regarding the call type and the call location.
There are distinct alarm tones for call, assistance and emergency calls. Remote and manual volume adjustments are available.
An automatic 'step-up' function will alert staff to calls that have not been attended to within six minutes.
Emergency calls always take priority over standard calls.
They require only a 230V supply and communicate wirelessly to all call points and sensors. Multiple Display Panels can be employed, either all showing the same messages or zoned to display messages for individual buildings or areas.
On larger sites multiple display units communincate with each other to extend the range of coverage without the need for additional range extenders.


Call Points
Each nurse call point has four clearly marked and colour coded buttons, Call, Assistance, Emergency and Reset.
The call points are supplied with either a pull-cord and a socket or two sockets for pear-push leads and/or auxiliary devices such as pressure mats and bed monitors.
An infra-red receiver can be built into each nurse call point enabling remote activation via our IF pendant transmitter.
The nurse call points are powered by batteries which typically provide around 24 months usage.
Wall mounting brackets allow the units to be fixed and also used around the room if required.


Neck Pendants
Wireless Neck Pendants allow patients to roam freely yet allow them to easily call for assistance when needed. Wireless neck pendants can be used in conjunction with, or as an alternative to, standard call points.


Paging
In many care facilities a staff paging system is a cost effective solution to reliable communication from both the nurse call system and from care managers.

The nurse call pager range includes single line, big screen and top display models. If the pagers are to be used in a harsh environment we can supply heavy duty protection covers which are water and shock resistant.

All calls from the nurse call system can be relayed to the pagers, ensuring that care staff are aware of calls even when they are not within earshot of a display panel.

Our nurse call pagers can be programmed to receive just emergency calls, ideal for sleeping night staff.

Further the pagers, used in conjunction with our call-logging software, can be used as an internal message system. Typed messages can be sent to individual or all pagers. This is ideal for contacting a staff member without having to walk around looking for them.


Ancilliary Sensors
The system offers a complete range of ancilliary sensors including door alarms, bed sensors, Fall Detectors and more.


Call Logging
Our Call Logging system monitors and records every event on the system providing a complete audit trail
It is available as a complete hardware and software solution or Software only with a Wireless Module for use with an existing PC.
In addition to logging all the calls on the nurse call system our software allows for regular room checks to be logged.
This can only be done by activating the reset button on the residents nurse call point.
The system can also be used to send messages to staff pagers.
This can save time trying to find certain staff members.
Each call point has it's own page on the nurse call-logging program.
This allows for residents to have their medical details, contact numbers (doctor, dentist next of kin etc) and any other relevant information on their password protected call-logging page.
